Pain Point Pulse
Most audience research is guesswork, or a small panel asked generic questions, and the messaging that comes out of it does not connect to what real people actually say. Pain Point Pulse finds the verbatim language from real conversations, works it into structured pain points and content directives, and delivers it as a usable PDF. Priced and sold, not a side project.
What shipped is a six-stage report pipeline running on an Oracle Cloud Postgres database, with a free lead magnet feeding it: the prospect’s audience profile is captured and saved, then routed either to checkout with their email pre-filled or to the sales page. Payment closes the loop into the CRM through the Carla Lead Manager app, tagging the contact and converting the deal with no manual update.
Live in production since the end of March 2026, with paying customers and the full free-to-paid path running end to end. I’ve kept it iterating since, currently at version 4.20.3.
